AIGC Content Standards (Acceptable Use Policy)
These standards describe NavifyAI's content rules for AI-related material, how we review it, how to report violations, and how we enforce them. They apply to everyone who submits a tool, content, or feedback, and to visitors using the pages covered here. They form part of our Terms of Service.
What this site is, and what these standards cover
NavifyAI is an AI tools directory. It does not offer text-to-image, text-to-video, or image-to-video generation, and it provides no inference endpoint or model picker for any underlying model. These standards cover directory listings (tool names, descriptions, categories, links, pricing notes), everything you submit (form fields, messages, backlink URLs), and the text and images published on our pages.
1. Content standards and prohibited categories
We prohibit submitting, publishing, or distributing the following six categories: pornography/NSFW content; violence/gore; hate speech; child-unsafe content (CSAM); deepfakes or impersonation of others; and content that infringes copyright or trademarks.
These categories cover both the features of a submitted tool and the text, images, link targets, and follow-up messages you provide. They apply equally when content is produced by a third-party product or by AI.
2. Absolutely prohibited — zero tolerance
The following is acted on immediately, and we reserve the right to report it to the authorities: child sexual exploitation material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors; content promoting or facilitating terrorism, extremism, or mass violence; instructions for producing weapons of mass destruction; content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred; and non-consensual deepfake content targeting a real person.
3. Other prohibited conduct
Providing false or misleading tool information; impersonating a real person, brand, or organization when submitting; infringing intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights; bulk-submitting spam or fraudulent listings; and attempting to bypass our human-verification challenge, review process, or security controls.
4. How we review content
We use a layered approach: automated checks, human review, and periodic re-checking. Automated checks: every submission must pass a Cloudflare Turnstile human-verification challenge, which blocks automated and bulk submissions.
Human review: each submission is checked by a person against the tool's official site, description, category, and pricing information, and assessed against sections 1 to 3 above. Content that does not meet these standards is not added to the directory.
Periodic review: published listings are spot-checked, and backlink submissions are checked to confirm the backlink is still live. We reserve the right to re-check listings periodically and to remove a listing if it breaches these standards or its backlink is gone. We are a small team and do not promise immediate handling. Inclusion depends on the tier: for a paid priority submission, a submission that meets our listing standards (including these standards) is guaranteed publication, while one that does not meet them is declined with a full refund; free-queue and reciprocal-backlink submissions are not guaranteed inclusion.
5. How to report, and response times
Anyone can report a violating listing, submission behavior, or infringing content by emailing support@navifyai.net. Please include the page link, tool name, and a brief explanation so we can verify it.
We acknowledge reports as soon as we reasonably can. Severe violations — child safety, terrorism, clear infringement, or impersonation — are prioritized; other reports are normally reviewed within 3 to 15 business days. We keep reporter identities confidential, and we also log malicious or knowingly false reports.
6. Enforcement
Depending on severity, we may take one or more of the following actions: request changes to a submission; decline inclusion; remove a published listing and its assets; withdraw reciprocal-backlink benefits; restrict or block future submissions; and, where necessary, suspend the related account, report to the authorities, and cooperate with investigations.
7. Appeals
If you believe an enforcement decision was wrong, email support@navifyai.net within 30 days of being notified. A reviewer who was not involved in the original decision will re-assess it, and we aim to reply within 10 business days.
8. Boundary with generation services
We do not generate text-to-image, text-to-video, image-to-video, or any other AIGC content, and we offer no generation interface or model selection. Model names mentioned on this site (such as the Runway Gen series, Google Veo, Kling, Luma, Sora, Wan, Hailuo, Flux, Seedream, Nano Banana (Gemini), or GPT Image) are used only to describe the capabilities of listed third-party tools. Those names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and we have no official authorization, agency, or endorsement relationship with them.
Content produced after you visit a third-party generation tool is governed by your own agreement with that provider and its content policies. Please confirm compliance before generating, publishing, or using it commercially.
9. Policy updates
We may update these standards to reflect legal requirements or service changes. Material changes will be published on this page with a revised date, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated standards.
