Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to NavifyAI's one-time paid priority submission service and related payments completed through Creem.
Service and refund principle
The fee covers prioritized human review and processing of a submission, not an unconditional right to publication. We provide a full refund when we reject a paid submission because it violates our content policies.
1. Eligible refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if we reject your paid submission for violating our content policies, including gambling, adult content, copyright infringement, or similar prohibited content.
Please contact us promptly for duplicate charges, checkout technical errors, or where we are unable to provide the paid priority review service. We will arrange an appropriate refund after verification.
2. Cancellations and non-refundable cases
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible before human review begins. We assess requests based on the processing stage; once priority review has begun or the tool has entered the publishing workflow, this one-time service is generally non-cancellable and non-refundable.
After a qualifying tool has received priority review or entered the publishing workflow, refunds are not available solely because you changed your mind, the tool's later performance, issues with a third-party website, or unmet subjective commercial expectations.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@navifyai.net with the payment email, tool name and website URL, order or checkout identifier, and the reason for your request. We will review and reply within a reasonable time.
Approved refunds are processed by Creem to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment method and financial institution. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
